An Ochlerotatus triseriatus mosquito feeding on a human hand. Also known as Aedes triseriatus, and commonly known as the "treehole mosquito", this species has been identified in mosquito pools reported as positive for the West Nile Virus, and is also a know vector for the La Crosse virus.
